This sparkling wine is made from a specific selection of glera grapes grown exclusively in Valdobbiadene-area vineyards that are renowned for the combination of a milder weather conditions and sandstone-clay soils, which create a richer concentration of aromas and flavours, as well as the possibility of giving the sparkling wine a touch of sweetness and creamy texture without harming its vibrant crispness.

A Spumante wine that is obtained from an exclusive selection of Glera grapes grown uniquely in Valdobbiadene vineyards, where the combination of a milder microclimate and sandstone plus clay soil guarantee a higher concentration of aromas and flavours helping the sparkling wine to a greater sweetness of taste and, at the same time, providing a degree of density that does not prejudice its freshness.
It has a pale straw yellow colour, a thin perlage, a delicate fruity and floral aroma and taste, perfectly harmonious in a slightly sweet structure.
This wine is best served at a temperature of 8/10 °C together with refined confectionery, short crust pastry, fruit tarts, milfoil and flat bread.
The grapes are harvested from mid-September until mid-October.
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must in absence of skins at a controlled temperature.
After removing the accumulated foam, the second fermentation takes place in closed steel vats with the Charmat method at a controlled temperature.
