Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Frizzante
Our line of semi-sparkling wines includes a unique version produced from glera grapes grown on the lower section of the Follo hill. The bottle bears the classic string-tied closure, a tribute to local tradition. Even today, fully respecting an ancient practice, the bottles are sealed and tied by hand.
Our Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. semi sparkling Mas recalls the old family traditions, thanks to its tipical tying twine cap,a method that is still carried out today by hand.
It is dry and light, with a characteristic, pale straw hue.
An abundance of floral and fruity notes make up its fragrance.
To be served at 8/10 °C as an aperitif, together with antipasti or simple pasta dishes, is ideal to accompany a a modern and young cuisine.
The grape harvest takes place around mid-September.
Vinification: a gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must at a controlled temperature.
Second fermentation is steel vats.
Alcohol 11% vol.
